海外展会上国外客户常问的问题有哪些?

  参加国外展会,面对形形色色的客户,他们可能问各种问题? 归纳起来大概有以下20种可能的问题。请收藏反复研习,必有大益。

  1.问公司性质。问:Are you a original manufacturer or just do trading? 回答: We are the original manufacturer for 8 years and we also have a trading company. Welcome to come and visit our factory and office after this event.

  2.问产品优势。 问:We currently buy this product from ABC company. What is the difference between you and them?回答:Thank you for your good question and feedback . We actually worked with over 40 dealers around the world and. Some of them are cooperated with this supplier before. However, and their partnership now with us is very stable . I mean once you understand our company’s products,service and partners, I believe we can purprice you. So let me give a brief introduction about us first...... I hope now you have a better idea about us and welcome to ask more questions , if you have ....

  3.问公司实力。问:Sorry , I never heard about your company before, how many years do you do this business? 回答:We have been in this industry for 8 years and have over40 dealer across Europe and America. We focus on doing B-2-B buisness and devoloping professioanl agents around the world. This is our first time to join this event after covid-19. So it is understandable for first meeting face to face. Thanks for visiting our booth and let me take you look around.

  4.问公司认证 。问:Does your company has relative certificate for factory and products? 回答: Sure. Before each new project launching on the marekt,we will make sure all relative certificate obtained and all products well patented. And Our company also has passed the ISO 9001 to ensure the stable quality performance.

  5.问产品报价。 问: Could I have your product quotation? 回答:Sure. the quotation can be shared by mail soon once we know the products you are interested in and the specific requirements. Because different products and requirement have different price ranges. Could you have your business card or email for contact later today?

  6.问产品MOQ。 问:W hat is the MOQ for your products? 回答:For sample,MOQ 1 sets. while bulk order start with MOQ 6 sets. We also provide Logo ,label ,gift , manual and color customized service for your bulk orders. However, the customized service start with MOQ 500sets. Anyway, samples always come first for you to test its performance , so you can start placing sample order, please.

  7.索要免费样品。问: Could I have a free sample for testing? 回答: As you know, the samples for this event are limited and some samples has been pre-sold. I will apply a sample at a good price and inform you in advance if we still have a sample available at the last day of exhibition.

  8.贵司在当地已经有经销商了么? 回答:Yes, we have been focusing on the end-of-line packaging industry for 8 eight years . And we have start a table business with many cooperative clients around the Europe.

  9.潜在客户问能否提供合作公司的名字和其他信息呢?回答:I am afraid not, Because we have sign the Non-disclose-agreement with all of our agents and we can’t give the information without their approve. And I believe this is what you expect us to do if you were cooperating with us. Your understanding will be appreciated.

  10.客户问品质怎么样? 回答: Quality always comes first and our quality are at the top level in the industry. However, it is needed for new clients to buy a sample for check and test. Testing by yourself is much more practical than what we said.

  11.客户问产品和公司优势? 回答:This product is newly designed and manufactured by our factory. After hundreds of tests and optimization, It was finally launched in the market 30 days ago with stable performance. So it can generates tension force of over 5000N, which is much bigger than most of the products on the market. And it can comes with color customized service with a nice price.

  12.客户问生产规模或者由多少条产线? 回答: While we have 2 production lines and two workshop . This can allow us manage the prodcution efficiently and meet the clients demand in time.

  13.客户问产品退货概率怎么样? 回答:Our defective return rate is very low and it is also different from channel to channel.Because some channels has no ability to day aftersales service and they prefer to have an unconditional return clause when start cooperation. The products is working, just need to replace some wearing parts or spare part. We need do the service for them. While for some big agent who has a professional after sale service team will provide the service for the clients.

  14.客户问质保期多久?回答:Usually, we offer 1 year the warranty.However, if clients need to extend the time, we can also open talk.

  15.交货周期多长? 回答: It usually takes 7 days to make orders ready for clients, while it also depend on the product type,quantity and special requirement. When we have the specific details of your order, the estimated delivery time can be provide for your reference.

  16.问付款方式。回答:The payment term is T/T 100%. While for big order, we accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. However, we are open to discussing and accommodating alternative payment arrangements based on the mutual agreement.

  17. 有定制服务么?回答:yes, we have factory with OEM SERVICE for 8 years. It is good chance for you to have a look at our product line and products quality control and see our teams. Would you like to have a visit this month?

  18. 可以做专属模具和专有产品么?回答:Yes, it is practical for our R&D team. while it takes long time for this process. We always suggest that we can start with the current products in the early stage. If you just need to focus on this products and avoid the market conflicts in the future,we can consider giving the exlusive mold protection to you, and both sides sign a contract based on the requirements and expectations.

  19.可以看看你们工厂么?回答: Absolutely, welcome to our factory and it is a great opportunity for you to see our workshop, quality control and R&D team. How about next Monday morning ?
